We are beyond excited to share with you, that we are now a registered and organized church. And we are taking legal steps to fully legitimize the process of importation of our sacred sacrament into the US.
Under the Federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) sincere practitioners, such as our community, are exempt under The Controlled Substances Act (CSA) under the proper circumstances.
in various occasions, our sacrament has been seized by the Government and now, with your support, we are ready to defend our rights. The process will require several hours of legal work, and we are infinitely grateful that our team of lawyers will undertake this project on a pro bono basis.

however, as our case moves through the system. we anticipate court costs, filing and processing fees, and other inherent expenses of approximately $50,000

We are beyond excited to share with all of you, that we have signed the initial letter of engagement with a prestigious law firm based in Austin, Tx. EntheoConnect will now be collaborating with RMWBH Law, as we embark with the legal proceedings related to our case.

Because of your support, we are now an official religious organization and thanks to your financial donations, we have been able to collect $8,500 for our legal process of legitimizing the importation of our sacred sacrament into the US.
